Credential format

Every segment means something. PAP — the product body of work. 2026 — year of issuance. 0001 — sequence. VRF — Verified. The key announces itself.
Credential validity
Two years from issuance.
Readiness credentials expire after two years. Readiness is a present demonstrated state — not a historical achievement. An expired credential is a complete and honest record of what was verified, and when.
